NURS 3154 Critical Thinking Seminar II

This seminar course builds upon foundational learning strategies to further develop clinical judgment, critical thinking, and application of evidence-based resources in nursing practice. Students engage in structured learning activities designed to strengthen their ability to analyze clinical scenarios, prioritize care, and apply knowledge to NCLEX-style questions.

Emphasis is placed on the integration and effective use of academic and clinical support tools, to enhance performance and identify areas for improvement. Students apply clinical reasoning to evaluate outcomes, recognize knowledge gaps, and implement targeted strategies for academic and clinical success.

The course fosters self-directed learning, accountability, and reflective practice, supporting the continued development of professional competencies and readiness for progression within the nursing program.
