Third Party Billing
Agencies outside the University may set up a third-party billing arrangement that pays all or a part of a student’s tuition bill. The student is responsible for any amount not covered by the third party. Arrangements must be made in advance with Student Accounts Receivable at ar@utpb.edu or Financial aid through scholarships@utpb.edu.

Agency offering Tuition Assistance
|
Students whose employer offers a program to assist in paying for college while employed.
|
Determined by the letter of credit, Service Authorization or Tuition Assistance form. The student is responsible for all other fees not paid by the agency.

A students must email the documentation to Accounts Receivable. Include student's EID and semester to use. The agency contact and criteria of payment is required.

Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (TGTP)
|
Students enrolled in the Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan. Plan enrollment, requirements, and payments determined and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Resident tuition and fees required of all students. The student is responsible for all other fees.

A student's TGTP ID card(s) may scanned and emailed to scholarships@utpb.edu Include student's ID and first semester to use.

Texas Tuition Promise Fund (TTPF)
|
Undergraduate students enrolled in the Texas Tuition Promise Fund. Plan enrollment, requirements, and payments determined and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.

Resident tuition and fees required of all undergraduate students. The student is responsible for all other fees.

The purchaser should authorize use of units, using student's ID, at www.texastuitionpromisefund.com at least 3 weeks prior to the tuition payment deadline each semester to allow for TTPF to submit the information to Students Accounts Receivable. A student must email scholarships@utpb.edu. Include student ID and term to use.
