Transcript
Official transcripts of academic coursework completed at UT Permian Basin are available through the Office of the Registrar.
In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), all transcript requests must be authorized by the student. This means a signed request or secure online authentication is required before a transcript can be released.
