Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault

UT Permian Basin is committed to the principle that the University's working and learning environment be free from inappropriate conduct of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment in any form will not be tolerated and individuals who engage in such conduct will be subject to disciplinary action. Knowledge, either personal or experience as a witness, of such activity should immediately be reported to the Dean of Students or the Title IX Coordinator.
