NURS 3150 Health Assessment

Application and documentation of health assessment skills necessary to provide data for heath promotion and holistic and culturally appropriate nursing interventions across the lifespan. Including the incorporation of health assessment findings into the foundation of a patient-centered nursing process that includes critical thinking and clinical judgment.
