Administered by the Department of Civil Engineering within the College of Engineering and Sciences.  The Civil Engineering program at UT Permian Basin prepares students to shape the future of infrastructure in West Texas and beyond.

As demand for skilled civil engineers continues to rise—especially in Texas, one of the nation's top employers for this field—our curriculum is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of state and regional industries. Through a combination of rigorous theoretical study and practical, hands-on experiences, our Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering equips students with the technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills needed to thrive in this rapidly growing industry.
