Application of evidence-based nursing care to women, families, newborns, and children. To promote health for children of diverse cultures with chronic and acute biological and mental health problems in a variety of settings. Provide care to women prenatal, during delivery and postnatal care of the newborn. Application of clinical/critical reasoning for culturally congruent care of women and newborns in a variety of settings.
