BLAW 3324 Business and the Law

This survey course covers the source of law and courts and introduces tort law along with historical, economic, political, and ethical bases of contrast. The course included ethical considerations in business and the impact of regulatory and administrative law on business and the impact of regulatory and administrative law and business.
