MNGT 6305 Energy Technology and Risk Management
This course will focus on the role of technology in the operation of an energy firm and expand the concept of risk management to an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) focus. Students will learn the risks associated with technological innovation and the use of patents, trademarks, and trade secrets to protect technology advantage and the development of a risk profile for a firm from and ERM perspective.
