BLAW 6301 Legal Environment

This survey course covers the source of law and courts and introduces tort law along with historical, economic, political, and ethical bias in contracts. The course also includes ethical considerations in business and the impact of regulatory and administrative law on business and the impact of regulatory and administrative law and business.
