Hazlewood Act

The Hazlewood Act for Texas Veterans was established by the Texas State Legislature. It is a tuition and fees waiver program to assist Texas veterans who have exhausted their eligibility for education benefits under other veteran programs and are not eligible for Federal Title IV grants. Veterans who qualify will receive a waiver of all tuition charges and specified fees.
