Department of Human Performance students enjoy experiential learning in labs equipped specifically for simulated scenarios. This hands-on learning teaches skills related to exercise testing, performance assessment, and rehabilitation. Labs are designed to provide students unique, hands-on learning opportunities before they move on to practicum experiences. This realistic training benefits students as they transition to their careers.
The Biomechanics Lab uses advanced technology to study and conduct research related to human movement.
The Anatomage table allows students to digitally explore 3D renderings of anatomy, one layer at a time.
Midland Health Simulation and Learning Resource Center, the Athletic Training Lab, and the Exercise Science Lab allow students to apply their skills in realistic environments.
