ENPM 6307 Engineering Project Management

This course aims to develop skills and techniques for managing an engineering project; use of project management software; techniques to manage under scope, risk, schedule, and resource constraints; relevant case studies; group discussions; and preparation of a comprehensive engineering project management plan in team environment.
