CJAD 6361 Advanced Constitutional Law

An in-depth study of leading court cases involving the due process amendments of the Constitution of the United States and the impact on the criminal justice system. Students will focus on current issues facing the criminal justice system (such as use of force, detention, arrest, death penalty, and attorney privilege) and the impact of policy decision based on current Constitutional case law.
