EDUC 4314 Lang Dev In The Young Child

This course focuses on the development of literacy (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) in young children and the ways in which teachers can facilitate this development. Forms of assessment, including those which evaluate literacy development, and the use of phonics with young children are also studied.
